Whether you are looking for coaching to optimize your performance or as stabilizing crisis intervention, our work always begins with the unconditional assessment of your current state.

Together we will then identify goals for our work and select the appropriate therapeutic techniques. Classical psychoanalytic methods (like dream analysis on the famed couch) can be employed just as much as coaching strategies or mindfulness exercises.

Everything begins with thorough listening. Afterwards I will assist you with competence and experience to integrate your new goals sustainably into your life.

My practice in the Diplomats’ Quarter in Berlin offers you a stylish ambience for discreet therapeutic work. The paths of the Tiergarten park which is located only a few steps away are ideal for walks after the sessions.

The clientele of the practice is as diverse as the population of our city, but it is also frequented by non-residents. The spectrum ranges from artists, digital nomads and students to lawyers, entrepreneurs and diplomats. For those who prefer to schedule their therapy after their workday my practice also offers appointments in the evening hours.

Therapies are possible in German or English.

Sessions by appointment. When Berlin is (no longer) your permanent place of residence the analysis can also be conducted »in chunks». For this, one or two sessions a day will be set up every couple of months. This approach does not lend itself to the treatment of every problem, though. Alternatively, I offer home visits.
